Wrestler History: Youngest of 5 brothers. Father was champion cruiserweight boxer. Hated boxing, studied ju jitsu, wrestling and kick boxing instead. Spent collegiate years at Arizona State but never graduated. Left school to persue career in underground fighting tournaments. His father arranged for "Philadelphia" Phil Maher, a long time champ in the WWA, to teach Burke the finer points of wrestling. From training he headed for the NCWA where he was undefeated and ranked as the number one contender for the Cruiserweight belt when the fed filed for chapter 11 and closed. Through, "Philadelphia" Phil, Burke recieved a contract from the AICW. Since then he and Maher have split, but, they remain close friends.

Style: Technical/Brawler

Wrestler Profile: A technically skilled brawler. Burke has a good grasp on the fundamentals and decpite his size is incredibly powerful. Uses many high impact moves, but combines them with quick striking martial arts attacks and wrestling holds. He will however brawl if it becomes necessary. Will often use submission holds and mat skills to slow down and weaken bigger opponents but is equally adept with high flying. His finisher was Maher's finisher and was passed from teacher to student.

What would you do if you met OJ Simpson in a dark alley? Guilty as he might be we outta just let the man live in piece. I'd ignore him, then again, I'm not sleepin with his wife.
Who/what has been your biggest influence? -My dad, "Philadelphia" Phil Maher and Sun Tzu(author of "The Art of War.") Those three taught me everything I know about life and wrestling.
What is the worst thing that happened to you in your youth? Having to tell my dad I didn't graduate.
What is the worst pain you ever felt in your life? (physical/emotional) Knowing that I disappointed my dad by not graduating. Luckily, he doesn't hold it against me. Physical: first time "Philadelphia" Phil showed me "The Big D"
If you could meet one person, at any point in history, who would it be? What would you say to them? Sun Tzu. His writting has influenced me so much I'd love to just listen to him teach. Hopefully I'd say something intelligent.
Boxers or briefs? Boxers or commando.
What is the greatest thing you've ever achieved? Graduating high school. In wrestling, winning the 10 man battle royal to become #1 contender for the Cruiserweight belt in the NCWA.
What are your favorite and least favorite foods? Fav food? My mom's rice pilaf or pizza. Whose cookin? Least fav, brussle sprouts and mushrooms.
Favorite musicians/songs? Artists Poison, Barenaked Ladies and Garth Brooks. Fav songs, "Bullet in your Hand" Emmet Swimming, "Ride the Wind" Poison, "Brian Wilson" BNL and anything by Garth Brooks.
Favorite movie? Fav movie..."Good Will Hunting" or "GI Joe: The Movie"
If you had one wish, what would it be? That I'd finished college.
Where do you see yourself in 10/20/50 years? 10 years still wrestling. 20 years own a golf course and resort in Montanna. 50 years playin golf on the senior PGA.
If you went to McDonalds and found a rat in your burger, what would you do? Talk to the manager and get my money back.
What would you do if someone broke into your home? If he wanted money, fine. But if he hurt my family or took something that's sentimentally valuable then he'd be in a worlda hurt.
If you weren't wrestling in the AICW, what would you be doing? Workin at a golf course and finishing my college education.
Worst job you ever had? Lifeguard in Tucson, you can get serious burns just walkin on the concrete.
Assuming there is a God, what will you say to him when you die? Thank him for my family and friends.
What do you always keep in your fridge? Milk, eggs, chedder cheese, eggo waffles and plenty of stirfry meats and veggies.
What do you look for in a mate? Good personality, listening skills, sense of humor, pretty eyes and a great butt.
If you could freeze all time and motion, what three things would you do? Retake that accounting test from college. Kiss my high school crush, Janet. Walk naked to my linen closet without a neighbor will see me.
